From waiting on invoices to sending them in minutes
- Before
- 10 to 15 minutes per invoice, plus waiting on someone else
- After
- The owner sends invoices himself, minutes after the job
Replace the spreadsheets, paperwork and per-user subscriptions with one tool built around how your team already works. One fixed price, known before we start.
Example tool with sample data
Look familiar?
One wrong cell and the quote is off. Only one person really knows how it works.
The same customer, job and price written down two or three times before anyone gets paid.
Monthly fees for every seat, plus features nobody uses and add-ons you have to buy anyway.
Invoices, quotes and updates stuck until the one person who handles them gets to it.
What we build
Your prices, your line items, your format. Quotes and invoices out the door in minutes.
Every job's status in one place, so nobody has to walk the shop floor to find out.
Customers check status, sign off and pay online, without calling or emailing you.
Know what's on hand and what's running low, without counting from memory.
Revenue, unpaid invoices and open jobs on one screen.
Turn the spreadsheet your business runs on into a tool your whole team can use safely.

Custom vs off-the-shelf
Off-the-shelf is the right answer for some businesses, and we'll tell you when it is. Here's how the two compare.
| Compare | Custom software | Off-the-shelf software |
|---|---|---|
| Fits how your team already works | Built around your process | You change your process to fit it |
| What you pay | One fixed price + $45/mo | Per user, every month, forever |
| Features | Only what you need | Lots you don't use, add-ons for what you do |
| Changes later | Small changes included each month | Feature requests to a vendor |
| Who you talk to | The person who built it | A support queue |
| Best when | Your process is specific to your business | Your process is standard and a product fits it well |
Example: 10 people on a $60-per-user tool costs $7,200 every year. A $3,000 custom build plus $540 a year in hosting pays for itself in about 5 months. The $60 per user is an illustration, not a specific product's price.
Pricing
One fixed price based on how much the tool does. You get an exact quote after the $200 Solutions Audit, and the audit fee comes off your build.

Book a 15-min callMost of our custom software projects cost $1,000 for a small tool, $2,000 for a medium one and $3,000 or more for larger systems, plus $45 a month for hosting and support. You get one fixed price after the $200 Solutions Audit, and the $200 is credited toward your build.
Not always. If an existing product fits how you work, it's often the better choice, and we'll tell you which one. Custom software makes sense when your process is specific to your business, when you're paying for features you don't use, or when per-user fees keep climbing.
Small tools take 1 to 2 weeks, medium tools 2 to 4 weeks, and larger systems 4 to 8 weeks, delivered in stages.
For small and medium builds, you pay 50% to start and 50% when you're happy with the finished tool. Larger builds are paid in stages. Hosting & Support starts at launch, billed monthly or yearly.
Yes. We can connect to tools like your email, Stripe or QuickBooks. Each connection is listed in your quote, so there are no surprises.
Your data is always yours, and you can export it any time. The code runs on our hosting, and you can buy a full copy whenever you like for a one-time fee.
Hosting & Support includes up to 2 small changes a month, like wording, fields or templates. Bigger additions, like a new screen or report, are quoted as fixed-price add-ons, usually $100 to $500.
