Example with a sample inbox
Look familiar?
The busywork that eats your team's week
An inbox that runs your day
The first hour goes to sorting email, and the important ones still get buried.
Chasing clients for documents
The same reminder, sent by hand, again and again.
Typing the same info twice
Details from a form or email retyped into another system.
Follow-ups that slip
After a meeting, the recap and next steps wait until someone remembers.
What we automate
Automations built around your team's day
Inbox sorting with drafted replies
Everything waiting on you, ranked by priority, with a reply ready to review.
Meeting follow-ups
Notes turned into a recap email and a task list after every call.
Document and payment reminders
Polite reminders go out on schedule until the client responds.
Forms into your system
Intake forms and emailed details entered where they belong, without retyping.
Weekly status reports
A summary of open work and what's due, in your inbox every Monday.
Appointment confirmations
Confirmations and reminders sent so fewer people no-show.
Every automation is built for your business. These are common starting points, not a fixed menu.
Your tools, your data
Built on what you already use
No new system to learn. We set everything up inside the email, calendar and tools your team already works in, so your information stays in your own accounts.
Your accounts
Runs on your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, not ours.
Your data stays put
Your email and files never move to our systems.
A person reviews it
Anything going to a client is drafted for your team to approve.
A written playbook
Clear rules for what can be shared and how to use each automation.

FAQ
Workflow automation questions, answered

A free 15-minute call is the fastest way to get an answer. We reply within 4 business hours.
Book a 15-min callHow much does workflow automation cost?
Setup is $500 once, and each automation is $100. Three automations come to $800, and adding more later is $100 each. Team size never changes the price. Optional support is $20 a month.
Will it work with the tools we already use?
Usually, yes. We build on what you already have, like Outlook or Microsoft 365, Gmail or Google Workspace, and your calendar. The Solutions Audit spells out exactly what your current tools can and can't do before you pay for anything.
How does it actually work?
Most automations use the AI assistant built into tools like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, ChatGPT or Claude, connected to your email and files and set up with instructions written for your business. Anything that goes to a client is drafted for a person to review before it's sent.
Who can see our data?
Everything runs on your own accounts, so your email and files stay where they are. Your team playbook covers what can and can't be shared, and we never reuse your data for anyone else.
Do we need to buy new software?
Not usually. If you need a subscription you don't have yet, we'll recommend one that fits, and you pay the provider directly with no markup.
What if an automation stops working?
During the first 30 days, we adjust anything that isn't right. After that, optional support is $20 a month: we fix automations when your tools change and answer questions within 4 business hours.
Does it cost more for a bigger team?
No. You pay for each automation, not each person. Build it once and your whole team uses it.
